What Are Your rates?

Our pricing is determined by the goals of your project, and the flexibility of your schedule.

We are committed to providing artists top-tier recordings at a fair rate, and are always willing to work with our clients to help meet their ideal budget!

Do you offer mastering?

Yes we do! We have a high quality analog mastering chain that we love putting to work on all types of music.

Mastering is a flat rate of $50 per song.

Can I rent the studio out myself / bring my own engineer?

Yes! If you’re an engineer looking to track vocals, reamp your guitars, or record drums in a beautiful sounding room, look no further. We have a wide selection of world class outboard gear, microphones, instruments, and more to help you accomplish all of your sonic goals.

BYOE sessions are $250 for an 8 hour block.

Do you do live recording?

Sure do, we have years of experience making live recordings sound great! Whether you’re looking to do instruments live and overdub vocals, do your entire record in the same room together, or film a live session we’ve got you covered.

Do you book rehearsals?

Yes we do! We provide drums, amplifiers, microphones, and a PA system.

Please bring your own guitars/cymbals/other breakables.

Rehearsal time is $30 an hour with a 2 hour minimum.

Do you do voiceover / podcasts / audiobooks?

Yes, we are well equipped for and love working on podcasts and other audio!

Are you accepting interns?

We’re always accepting applications for interns, reach out!

Can I Smoke in your studio?

No tobacco allowed :)
